Designer Issues After Upgrading from 3.0 to 3.5

I have a project that was created with version 3.0 and i am not able to open the forms after upgrading to 3.5.  Is there something I am missing?

    Yes I did Frank. I created a VM and installed latest VSIX 3.5 on it and the project is able to open the designer normally. However, I had to install 3.0.10 exe file along with the latest VSIX file on my main development computer before the form designers are able to open. When i uninstall the 3.0.10 exe the form designers do not open at all. And whenever I do this and publish I get the license expired red banner (which i guess is coming from the older version-3.0.10). I also do not see the Wisej controls in the toolbox if i don’t install version 3.0.10 exe.
