Support · powered by GitHub Issues

Help happens in the open.

We retired the old forum. Every bug, request and question now lives as a public issue on iceteagroup/wisej.net-support — searchable, linkable and tracked alongside the code. This dashboard is your live window into all of it.

How support works

The forum is open to everyone. When you need a guarantee or hands-on help, two paid options pick up where the community leaves off.

Open forum

The forum is open and anyone can answer — community members and the Wisej.NET team alike. Pitch in and help others while you're here.

No guarantees

Community support is best-effort. We don't guarantee an answer or an outcome on public issues.

Direct, named support

Need a dedicated contact and response commitments? The Enterprise license includes direct named support.

Posting guidelines

A few ground rules keep this a high-quality, welcoming place to get help.

  1. 01

    Stay on topic

Ask about building or deploying Wisej.NET apps, and post in English. Describe the problem in words, not just code.

  2. 02

    Prepare before you post

Share a small, reproducible test case with sample data. Exclude the /bin and /obj folders, and note your Wisej.NET, Visual Studio, and .NET versions.

  3. 03

    Search first

Check the existing issues and the documentation before opening something new — your answer may already be there.

  4. 04

    Proofread

Re-read your post as a stranger would. Make sure it makes sense without the context only you have.

  5. 05

    Be respectful

Treat everyone with kindness. Flag anything harmful so a moderator can review it.

  6. 06

    Keep secrets out

Never share credentials, API keys, license keys, or confidential data. Blur or remove anything sensitive.

  7. 07

    Zero tolerance

Harassment, discrimination, and content that promotes harm or cruelty are not allowed.

  8. 08

    Know the consequences

Off-topic or unsuitable posts may be removed, and repeat offenders may be banned.
