Hi, I have an enterprise application that sometimes slows down and doesn’t respond properly. I set the enableWebSocket parameter to false, and the web server is IIS 7.0.
I don’t expect to see the loading wheel when I’m not interacting with the application but it sometimes appears and this is often associated to a non responding application.
The users are using Internet Explorer 11.
Any suggestions? Maybe is this a known bug?
You could try profiling the application using something like codetrack.
Thanks for you answer.
Where can I find the wisej License version?
The application is not totally not responding but, as I said, the “loading wheel” appears and the user have to wait until it disappears…
I tried to use IE console on my pc… nothing happened… I wonder if it could be some network issue, but, in this case (i set enableWebSocket to false) how can I handle the problem
Thanks in advance for any suggestion
Hi David,
what version of Wisej are you using ?
Does the application recover from not responding ?
Can you try using the console in IE 11 to track down the areas where this happens ?
Best regards
Frank
