I apologize for the delay
Attached you can find the sample with changes, commented as “ITG” where the changes were.

The biggest change was the lower panel control by a FlowLayoutPanel control
It happens that a panel cannot have vertical growth capabilities by design, as a flow design does.
But we found a bug in the padding property of a tag, therefore not will work perfectly.
the fix for the label.padding will disponible in the next release.

The feature that you ask, can do it with the extender control “Rotation”
This wisej control add extend capabilities to rotate to any control that you have in a container.

A better solution is thath you set Froze=false for all the columns in the datagridview

In this case both scroll rows of the datagrid are visible and the with of the last column can remain with your original value

When the width of column21 is setted to 100, the vertical scrollbar is showed

The scrollbar is managed internally by wisej using a panel and the cells area for another panel.

And how the with of column21 is too hugh, the scrollbar is hidden

In some scenerios, a mix of installed visual studio ide installed could mess the registry

I made a video with a scenerio that I think maybe your problem

I installed Wisej 1.5.48 side by side with 2.1.8.

In a project started with a template 2.1 accidentaly I put references for assemblies for wisej 1.5 and the project has error when drag controls corresponding to 2.1 version

The solution is remove the reference to Wisej.Core and Wisej.Web , only lefting Wise.Framework reference in your project

Are you uninstalled previous version of wisej 1?

Try the next tip
1 right click on visual studio toolbox
2 select “Reset toolbox”
3 Notice that in toolbox the Wisej controls are in “Wisej 2.1” section
4 Drag and drop a control to design surface
