Wrong state reset in CheckedListbox

Hi,

Another real hard to reproduce bug is making previously checked items in a CheckedListbox reset to unchecked state eventhough the current highlighted item is another item.

This, so fare, only occurs on mobile deveices.

In short, how to reproduce usually:

1. Have a checkedlistbox prefilled with 10 items.
2. Run and open on a mobile browser.
3. check items 5,6,7,8 as fast as you can.
4. check and uncheck items 1,2 and 3.
5. Sometimes when doing step 4 item 6,7 or 8 get unchecked which is undesired.

I’m going  to try and reproduce this behavior on my phone and post the result when I do.
