WiseJ Mobile Question

Hi, about the WiseJ Mobile in WiseJ 3.0, does it generates any apk?
How does it work? Does it generates a dll so i put it on the iis server, and then people need to access it via browser?
I wish there could be some app or something where users tab as a normal app and opens the wisej mobile app.

I need some help in this, thanks!
