WiseJ 3.5.1 Navigation Bar Designer Error

Hello!

When I drag & drop the navigation bar control from the toolbar to the designer I get the attached error…

I’m using the latest version of wisej at the current time (3.5.1), also I installed the latest navigation bar version at the current time (3.5.1)

please advise?
