Visual Studio 2026 Web App

What framework should i be using for building a web app in Visual studio 2026. This is my current situaltion:

 

  • VS2026
  • Wisej-4 (4.0.11)
  • Currently net481, need to retarget
  • Getting WisejHandler not found error
