When I am traying to resize userpopup with resizableedges are setted, resizing works good trough to small sizes but then resizing to bigger sizes it increments pixel by pixel. Is this a bug or are there any settings that I could not find? I attached screen cast.

a new build has just been uploaded (1.3.53).
It fixes both of your issues, logged as WJ-8189 and WJ-8190.

I have a user control holds a userpopup that ResizableEdges property is setted . Then I added my control to a window it throws an design time exception “Unknown or empty reference ‘set’ feature not available”. (I translated from Turkish. Original exception text is “tanımsız veya boş referansın ‘set’ özelliği alınamıyor”) I attached my screenshot.
I also reported another bug with my previeus post.

Thank you for fixing it seems working but there is an another one exists now. Any control in userpopup doesn’t change its location or size while resizing with their anchor’s or dock properties are setted.
