UserPopup on Mobile Application

Hi Teams.

I been developing an wisej mobile application using the mobile template.
I have an issue with user popup control.
My application has a page with a panel  docked on top and a button to show a userpopup with button as opener.
In Desktop browser work fine as sohowed in image attached.
In mobile browser the popup is showed on bottom of the page.
I am attaching the two images and the sample application.
Any suggestion?
