TagTextBox bugs

Hi!

The TagTextBox has two bugs (I believe).

  1. Tags overlap the Label when the LabelPosition is set to Inside.
  2. Minimum size doesn’t work the way it should (compared to a TextBox).

Also, a nice feature would be to be able to remove the “x” out of the Tags. Also the ability to disable user textinput without setting the control to read-only would be cool.
