TabControl Add new tab receives Margins of 3 while the default two tabs don't

Hi,

When adding a TabControl and add a new TabPage then the new TabPage receives margins of 3 px while the initial two don’t have these.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add TabControl
2. Rightclick on tab header and choos “Add Tab”
3. Notice the Margins of page 3 and compare them to the first two

Or just run the attached sample. Notice the red border to visualize the margin bug.

Minor thing but annoying none the less if you forget.
