SplitContainer - Bottom panel hidden when top panel collapsed

Hi.

When I use a SplitContainer and collapse the top panel, the contents of the bottom panel become invisible.  Collapsing the bottom panel works fine, though.

Is there a better way to have collapsible content on top with a content panel underneath that will fill the available space?

I figured out how to accomplish this by just docking the panels correctly (sorry, haven’t used WinForms in a long time). But the SplitContainer behavior is still weird/bugged.
