Slow Access Speed on Wisej Application Using Server Licenses Express free

Hello Wisej Community,

I’m currently developing a web application using Wisej and deploying it on LServer Licenses Express free. However, I’ve encountered significant issues with slow access speed, especially when there are 5-10 concurrent users.

Here are the problems I’m facing:

  1. Slow page load times: Users experience page loads taking up to 5-10 seconds, even for relatively simple pages.
  2. Increased latency with higher traffic: The application’s responsiveness decreases significantly as the number of users increases.
  3. Resource limitations: It seems the Community Edition of Liseion Server does not provide enough resources to handle the application efficiently.

Here’s my current setup:

  • Server: Liseion Server Community Edition
  • Application: Wisej version 3.5
  • Database: SQL Server Express
  • Hosting Environment: Physical server with 4-core CPU, 16GB RAM

I’ve already tried optimizing the application:

  • Minimized database queries.

Unfortunately, these measures haven’t resolved the issues entirely.

Has anyone in the community faced similar challenges or found a way to resolve them? I’m considering upgrading to the paid version of Liseion Server or migrating to another platform if necessary.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Average load time even for large apps in Wisej.NET is about 1 second or less

This is a small azure service on the free tier with 1 core and 1.75GB

Issue is probably the database or slow connections.

Hi Nhan,

The license type is not related to the performance of your application, it’s more bound to your hardware.

The Express Server License supports up to 100 concurrent users, you can read more about it here: Server Licenses

It could also be a latency issue, which is something that is out of our control!

Alaa
