[SOLVED] Session Times out - leaves Messagebox - "Your Session has Expired" issues

Now that we have about 25 users in one particular WiseJ application we are getting the following reported – I believe I opened a question on this months ago but still have not figured it out.

The scenario is – user leaves desk for extended period of time – session times out – messagbox on screen – Click OK – get spinning wheel but it never recovers -never goes back to login screen. This does not happen all the time – but it looks like it is getting more frequent. If I hit F5 I get the login screen again immediately without delay.

I just had this happen to me and I let it spin for 15 minutes – it probably would have gone forever. Checked server load – 0 to 1% CPU utilization and plenty of RAM. Server is a beast running VMWARE – 256 GIG RAM , IIS Server Windows Server 2012 64bit -8 Gig ram assigned – only 1.9 in use -no sluggishness at the hardware side. Nothing else installed on this web server.

Is there any way to fix this ? The users are starting to think this is indicative of problems with the system (along with the other little Issues I have posted in the past few days the perception is going down).
