Server License Standard for customer A can be transferred to customer B, if customer A's contract is expected and stoped used.

Hi, Good morning!
If I purchase Server License Standard for customer A, the contract is expected to be terminated in November 2025 and the license will be transferred to customer B for use starting in December 2025.  This is legal!  Is it feasible?  Please reply.  thank you!
