Renewing a license from outside the USA

I’ve just renewed my WiseJ developer license and it was a smooth process except for the fact that even though I had chosen the UK as my country your renewal page still insists on me picking a US state for my billing address before I can renew.

Not a major issue but I thought you might like to know.
