Randomly Get "Invalid Server License"

Hello, I am always randomly getting “Invalid Server License”, if I open the web.config and close it, make a small change such as deleting a character and typing it again, then saving it, this goes away. Why is this happening…?

    Hello Frank, I did email our web.config shortly after you requested it and haven’t heard anything back yet. Can we please get an answer back on this asap. This happens on our public facing websites, and we’re not always the first to catch it.
