Question about net9.0-windows and net9.0 when user bitmap on resx : "The type serialized in the .resources file was not the same type that the .resources file said it contained. Expected 'System.Drawing.Bitmap' but read 'System.Drawing.Image'"

I have problem when update 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 … 4.0.3 when display bitmap on button.

When use 4.0.0 I choose framework = net9.0 and everything run well.

But when update to 4.0.1…4.0.3 it display error : The type serialized in the .resources file was not the same type that the .resources file said it contained. Expected ‘System.Drawing.Bitmap’ but read ‘System.Drawing.Image’

On 4.0.1…4.0.3, if I choose framework = net9.0-windows, everything run well.

I don’t know why, Please help me.
