Problems after upgrading to wisej.net 3.12 and visual studio 2022

Hello,

I have problems with opening existing projects in visual studio 2022

when adding a new page or window i receive an error “the reference ‘wisej.framework’ could not be added to the project …”

I also see a lot of errors when change to design mode of existing pages/windows.

when testing the project it still open. Can somebody advice me what to do?

Hi Bjorn,

Did you install the latest VSIX from our website?

The Wisej.NET Designer is now a Visual Studio extension, you can install it by using the VSIX installer from HERE.

The templates are also included with the new VSIX installer!

The Wisej.NET Framework itself can be downloaded from NuGet, this gives you the flexibility to Update/Downgrade with little to no problmes!

this a wisej 1.5.56 version project

I found that I have to switch from core > framework
what needs to be done to switch from 1.5.56 > 3.12 ?

I was trying to follow the below link but it’s gone.

can you please let me know what to do, to upgrade my project to the latest version?

Hi Edmond,

you need to change Wisej.Core to Wisej.Framework in web.config.
