NumericUpDown with KeyPress handler -> value is reset every key press (Wisej 2.2.29)

Hi,
we are experimenting a strange behavior for NumericUpDown.

When KeyPress handler is attached, value of NumeriUpDown is reset after every key press, so user can’t set the correct value by writing it.

I attached a sample and a video.
