Migration to 2.0

I had a nice desktop application that I just migrated to 2.0, my app is totally ruined now. The Bing Wallpaper is gone, the gauges and charts are gone, what happened? Am I missing something here? Thanks!

Conrad,

I have rechecked and started with a blank 2.0 project, added the NavigationBar and could add items
without any problems. (see simple sample attached).

Please make sure that you are referencing only Wisej.Framework and Wisej.Framework.Design
and remove all references to Wisej.Web, Wisej.Web.Design, Wisej.Core and Wisej.CoreDesign.

Hope that helps. If it does not, please send your sample to frankATiceteagroup.com and I will
have a closer look.

Best regards
Frank

Did you drop the Navigation bar from the Wisej Toolbox or Wisej 2 Toolbox ?
All our extensions including source Code can be found here (branch 2.0 for Wisej 2.0):

I have the WiseJ 2 toolbox, I also tried the git samples, something is not working right and I can’t figure out what it is. A brand new project (WiseJ 2 with .NET 4.6), adding a Navigationbar on the form (no problem) but adding an Item collection gives error when trying to add items from the designer. Error: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”. When loading the Navbar sample, all navbar items are missing also.

Hi Conrad,

did you follow the steps in our readme file for the Migration ?
Maybe you´re still referencing the 1.5 versions of the extensions ?

Best regards

Yes, the whole dll change is messy, I haven’t found 2 dll’s as mentioned in the documentation. I started a new 2.0 project and the Navigation bar doesn’t seem to work. I’m also looking for Wisej.Ext.ElegantIcons, I can find the documentation but not the dll
