License question

Hello, I would like to know if I purchase a license, if Wisej published a new version (such like 5.0) in the future, should I purchase new version again or I can get upgraded version for free?

Thank you for the answer. I have 2 additional questions:

 

  1. If I purchase a Professional Edition license and, during the subscription period, I use features exclusive to the Professional Edition (for example, the RibbonBar) to develop and release a commercial software product to my customers — can that software continue to be used after the subscription expires?
  2. If I purchase a Professional Edition license and, during the subscription period, I use features exclusive to the Professional Edition (for example, the Camera component) to create and publish a local NuGet package that includes Wisej’s Camera functionality along with my own custom features — can I continue to use that NuGet package after the subscription expires?

    Licenses are perpetual, which includes the extensions. You can keep using them after the end of the subscription period, but you cannot use newer versions released after the subscription’s end date. The RibbonBar and Camera extenions are available to all license editions of Wisej.NET. If you switch from a commercial license to a community license, you cannot keep using the Premium Extensions, these will stop working with a non-commercial license type. Hi Andy, licenses are sold on a subscription basis. All updates during the subscription period are included.
