How to make Floating Label

Hi guys,

How to import the bootstrap 5 theme to WiseJ and using the floating label inside the component, or is there any other ways to make the floating label functions inside the web page application of WiseJ? I need somethings like the pictures from the attachment, is there any ways to make it works in WiseJ page application?
