im running my project with visual studio 2015 and its running well but when i transfer my files on host (Server) for using clients i cant see .cs or .vb pages and just see the Default.htm page !!!!

I´m not sure I fully understand your question. .cs and .vb are not meant to be deployed.
They are similiar to code behind in ASP.NET.
