Form opened with ShowDialog does not always show on top of display stack

Hi,

We have an application that opens a form using ShowDialog when the user double-clicks a row in a datagridview. If the user keeps clicking (i.e. does not stop at just 2 clicks), the called form does not always appear on top.

We have created a sample application to replicate the issue – attached. 

Please see the attached image showing the layout of the forms after the issue has occurred. It should not be possible to generate this configuration of forms within this application.  

To simulate the problem, continuously click an entry in the datagridview. 

Please note that the issue does not occur on every attempt. There is a timing element associated with the number / timing of the clicks that we do not understand / cannot analyse as the code at issue is within the wisej framework.

We are using framework version 2.5.29.
