on the existing Windows 2016 server I tried to enable ModSecurity IIS extension (Web Application Firewall).
Looks like there is some issue as wisej apps never loads if this extension is enabled, the only way to run is to uninstall this extension.
Regulas aspx pages load without any problems
Looks like the IIS extension has problems with ajax. Running an aspx page is like loading an html page, it’s just a file. I did a quick search and looks like everyone has problems with ModSecurity and ajax calls. Maybe there are some settings that you need to change.
