Designer and runtime 3.5.17 - 3..5.18 - BindingSource DataSource error at design-time

With designer versions 3.5.17 – 3.5.18 and nuget packages 3.5.18, 3.5.17 and 3.5.19.preview7 seems to be impossible to set the datasource property of a Wisej.Web.BindingSource.
If you click on dropdown  button of datasource property nothing happens. If you click in property name label incompatible class name are displayed.

With designer 3.5.18 and the 3.5.16 nuget package all works well as expected.
