Deployed application in IIS is not loading up on more than client machine at one time

I’ve deployed my first WiseJ application and when I try to access it through domain I get login page but after filling in credentials the main application form doesn’t load up and nothing happens complete blank screen, also I’ve noticed that if application is being accessed from one location it doesn’t load up again for other clients, so is there something I’ve missed from configuration that I’m experiencing this problem or this is due to server key restriction.
