DataGridView SelectionDelay by keyboard and mouse

Hi,

when I move the keyboard up/down on DataGridView, client uses SelectionDelay before fireDataEvent to server, but when I click mouse, there is no delay and client fires event immediately. The problem is when I move the keyboard up/down fast and click mouse on other row at the same time, there will be inconsistence between selected row on client and on sever.

#2782 should now be fixed for good in Wisej 2.5.20.

I tried new version 2.5.19, but it doesn’t work as expected. The selected row on client doesn’t match the selected row on server.
