See https://wisej.com/support/question/another-proble-when-i-want-to-browse-my-wisej-web-app. It’s a permission problem with the way your Application Pool is setup, it doesn’t have the right permissions to let ASP.NET applications write to the temp directory.

Looks like Wisej.Core.dll is not deployed.

This is the minimum list of files needed in /bin: https://wisej.com/docs/html/Deployment.htm
