Control gets stuck when clicking as soon app is launched.

It seems that when app is loaded at first time,  If you click any control just after the loading icon disappears, that control get stuck.

For example radio button doesnt get selected, or textbox doesnt detect any values. You kind a have to wait like 3 seconds so the controls (after loading icon disappears) to get it worked.  Days before I wrote that the autocomple feature in textbox was not detecting values in server side, and I believe is because of this problem.

Any ideas how to manage this problem?
