Combobox fails to show dropdown list on Pixel4 XL when textboxpart is selected and onscreen keyboard is visible

Hi,

This bug is a bit harder to explain (maybe). When I test my application on my mobile browser on my Pixel4 XL the combobox behaves incorrectly.

When I set the combobox to allow users to enter text and select the textpart of the combobox my keyboard pops up but when I press the dropdown icon instead of typing the combobox popup appears briefly but closes immidiatly. This “feature” only occurs when the phone’s keyboard is visible. If I close the keyboard first and the press the dropdown button the “feature” doesn’t occur.

Hope you can reproduce this bug and fix it. Chrome dev tool doesn’t reproduce this behavior because it doesn’t show a keyboard on screen.
