Cannot use designer with inherited windows - VS 2019 16.9.4 - wisej 2.2.46

Cannot more open all the inherited windows in the designer (inconsistence error) and cannot add inherited windows to project (crash vs)

    Hi, general problems opening inherited windows in the designer or creating a new inherited window by the “add new item …, wisej .. inherited window …” entry happened after I tried to change the build platform to x64. The build of the application with this option run properly but the designer does not. This is not a requirement for me, it is just a test. After resetting the build option to “any cpu” all run properly, but I’d like to know the reason of what happen.
