My customers demand as in excel easy copy and paste between cells in the DataGridView.
Just CTL+C on the source cell and CTL+V on the target cell. Without entering the cells and other unnecessary interface actions.
What can I do for that?

You can achieve the behavior by attaching an Accelerator to the hosting container (Page, Form, etc..) get the focused cell and get or cell its value from there.
