ComponentTool - Object Reference Not Set to an Instance of an Object

Hi,

Getting the error when adding a ComponentTool to a DGV cell using the designer or code-behind in 1.3.55.

I had to uninstall the above release/version and installed/uninstalled previous releases until I found it working in 1.3.44.

Also tried the latest release 1.3.58 and still no luck.
