[CLOSED] Setting Panel.ResizableEdges to Bottom does not work

If you add a panel to a form and set the panels ResizableEdges property to Bottom you are not able to resize the panel at runtime by moving the bottom of the panel. The cursor does change but the bottom of the panel does not move.
