[SOLVED] Multiple Rows Selection in DGV

Hi,

When MultiSelect is set to true, multiple rows can be selected by pressing Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click one at a time. If I have to select say, 5, 0r 10 rows, I have click as many times as the number of rows I want to select.

For contiguous rows, wouldn’t it be nice that once we click a rowheader, we can drag the mouse up or down the row headers to make a multiple rows selection? Same with adjacent cells.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks.

Hi Cris,

There is a drag-selection mixin in qooxdoo that we can use, but I would wait until we implement column and cell selection. Also, multiple selection supports shift for ranges and ctrl for toggling.

Best,

Luca

Hi Luca,

Got you. Better if it can be included in the first release but can be done even after. Just a nice-to-have feature.

Thanks
