we can’t work on this spare information. Please provide more details about your application and setup.
Is it failing inside Visual Studio? On a deployed version (IIS?)? Windows? Linux? etc.

    Hi Frank, It is failing inside Visual Studio. Win 11 Pro. The project “builds successfully” (DLL is generated correctly). ❌ However, the “Start IIS Express to start the site” step fails (the browser doesn’t launch at all).
