WiseJ Designer is all Blank Controls with red Error Icons ... Themebuilder is comepletely blank

This happened after I tried updating from an older version, before this everything was working great without issue :/ The Designer is on visual studio is blank for every control, with a little red triangle error sign. There are no errors in the console, and when I build; the web app looks perfectly how it should.

Also, when I launch ThemeBuilder same thing. It is completely blank. Is there a quick fix for this that I am missing? I have tried reinstalling Visual Studio and WiseJ several times, clear appdata folder, temp folder, tried repair on wisej installer, tried repair on Visual Studio, restarted my computer several times.

I would really appreciate any ideas on what I should do next to try to fix this.
