Will a new Wisej 3.5 project need to be multitargeted with .net 4.8?

I was wondering will a new project with the up and coming Wisej 3.5 release need to be multitargeted with 4.8 if you want to use the forms designer?

Hi Devin,

Wisej.NET 3.5 will not drop support for .NET Framework 4.8, it’s still going to be needed for the designer.

We do have a plan to move forward with a .NET Core designer in the future.
