TextBox InputType and keyboard navigation

How can we set HTML5 “inputtype” of a TextBox , so it can change the mobile pop-up keyboard based on input type (ie, email address, numeric entry, telephone entry). (Ideally, I think there should be an “InputType” property).

And how can we make the Android pop-up keyboard have “Next” button in the lower-right (instead of “Go”) that advances focus to the next form field ?

    Thanks. Is the “Next” button / form field advance part of the request?  This is useful on a mobile experience, because then you can advance to the next field without dismissing the keyboard, and tapping on the next field.
