i’ve downloaded and installed wisej trial. However, premium extensions (telerik, syncfusion) are not available in the toolbox. Do i have to download it separately?

Yes, You’ll have to get the NuGet Packages from the NuGet Package Manager in Visual Studio to get the premium extension controls.
