Hi.
We notice a strange behavior when we have a series of panels docking Top. If the top panel is collapsed and the panel under it is expanded, when clicking on open/close button works as expected. When clicking anywhere over the header bar , the top panel overlap the opened panel , when should do nothing or works as clicked in open/close button.
Follow a project that replies these behavior.

It’s actually a feature not a bug, on the Panel properties you can set the AutoShow property to Never, that should fix your issue.
