Wisej.NET 3.1.8 includes the fix for this issue, can you please check to see if it’s working as expected on your end?

Hello Tia, so I use this Component NavigationBar while running 
where the mouse pointer is positioned on the item menu so the 
background color of the item changes or hovers because 
before it was Wisej with version 2.x.x could run but
now Wisej with version 3.x.x can't work again
