Mobile dev - getting started question

I am trying to do the mobile app that is demonstrated in your video

Wisej Mobile Registering an Endpoint and Integrating a Document Scanner

I believe that the app is running on TestFlight (shown on the right side of the video), is that correct?

Is the visual studio instance running on a Windows computer?  If so how do you get it to onto the TestFlight?  I have TestFlight installed on my iPhone but the only link I see is “Redeem”.

Any help would be great!
