Is there difference between Wisej3.5 and WIsej4.0 Themes ?

Hello,

I have noticed that in Theme Builder there are option Wisej 3-5 and WIsej 4 (I already used WIsej3-5 version earlier)

When I downloaded I see that there are same patternfs of Themes and I don’t see any difference between them.

So my question would be is there any difference between these 2 versions for Themes?
