Ext.Bubbles Error - located indiscriminately anywhere ( persistent error despite new versions)

The bubble that should be on a control, is located indiscriminately anywhere. It is an error that occurs in version: 2.2.42.

In previous versions it works without problems. The bubble is too high, with reference to the associated control.
Please help.

Luca: We did that. And no, the problem persists.

We downloaded the new wisej-extensions, and no.  Look the image please.
