Device not found

I am utilizing the mobile integration extension in a wisej web app that runs in chrome on pc/andriod. My wisej version and my wisej mobile integration versions are both 3.2.2. I keep returning a device not found error when accessing Device. For example, Device.info returns the Device Not Found error no matter which device I test with. Is there some installation step I missed or some requirement other than installing the nuget packages? Perhaps it is a permissions issue with chrome(I have tried allowing the camera and device use settings in permissions)? I tried checking the documentation but could not seem to find what I need. Sorry for the trouble and thanks in advance.

Hi David,

To use the Wisej-3-MobileIntegration package you must purchase Wisej.NET Mobile, which allows you to interact with the client device’s hardware, UI features, and device information.

Wisej.NET Mobile is being deprecated in favor of Wisej.NET Hybrid.
