DateTime picker sets current time to 12AM

Hi

We are using DateTimePicker control in my application and trying to select the current date and time. Only the date part value is getting changed and time is always set to 12am and not current local time. Verified in Wisej.Net 3.0.17 version and attached is the sample application I created for testing. Can you please check and let me know how we can ensure the time is set to current local time.
